Scirator Conferences LLP is the publisher and data controller for journal-management activities.

Information Collected

• Names, professional affiliations, email addresses, country, ORCID iD, and other profile information supplied during registration or submission.
• Manuscripts, supplementary files, author declarations, reviewer reports, editorial correspondence, and publication metadata.
• Technical information such as IP addresses or login/session data collected for security and service operation.

Purposes

Information is used for submission processing, peer review, communication, production, publication, DOI and metadata registration, preservation, research-integrity investigations, accounting, security, and related journal administration.

Disclosure

The journal does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers needed to operate scholarly publishing — such as OJS hosting, DOI registration, preservation services, analytics, email, or payment processing — subject to the publisher’s contractual and operational arrangements.

Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and for legal, regulatory, financial, publication-integrity, or archival requirements. Published scholarly metadata and the permanent scholarly record may be retained indefinitely.

International Processing

Data may be processed in India and other jurisdictions where service providers operate. Appropriate safeguards are applied as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing, by contacting editorialoffice@climatepublichealth.org. Such requests may be limited where retention is required for legal, accounting, research-integrity, or publication-record purposes. Where applicable law provides for it, individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection supervisory authority.

Cookies and Analytics

The platform uses session or security cookies required for login and site operation. Advertising-tracking cookies are not used under this policy.

Security and Breach Handling

The publisher uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Where a personal data breach triggers a legal notification requirement, the publisher follows the notification procedures and timelines required by the applicable law.
