Purpose

GJCCPH recognizes that long-term access is part of responsible scholarly publishing and is committed to preserving the Version of Record and its core metadata beyond the operating life of any single system.

Preservation Strategy

The journal maintains persistent identifiers for every published article and will enroll in at least one recognized long-term digital preservation service, such as a Keepers Registry-recognized archive, LOCKSS/CLOCKSS, or the  PKP Preservation Network.

Current Preservation Status

The specific active preservation network(s) will be named here as soon as enrollment and technical activation are complete. In the interim, published articles remain continuously accessible through the journal’s publishing platform, and Crossref DOI registration ensures each article keeps a persistent, citable identifier independent of any single hosting location.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors may deposit the Version of Record immediately in institutional or subject repositories under the CC BY 4.0 license, without an embargo, subject to the repository’s own technical requirements.

Version Control

Corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions remain linked to the original article. Persistent identifiers and versioning services are used where configured.
