Gold Open Access

GJCCPH is a Gold Open Access journal. Articles are freely available online from publication without subscription, registration, or embargo barriers, subject to the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.

License

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), permitting sharing and adaptation, including commercial use, provided appropriate attribution is given, a link to the license is included, and changes are indicated.

Author Rights

Authors retain copyright and do not transfer exclusive copyright to the journal. Authors may reuse and deposit the Version of Record in institutional, subject, or general repositories without an embargo, subject to proper citation of the published article.

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for ensuring that third-party material is either compatible with the article’s license, in the public domain, or used with appropriate permission. Material not covered by CC BY 4.0 is clearly identified in the published article.

Funder Requirements

CC BY 4.0 is compatible with many major funder open-access requirements. Authors remain responsible for checking and meeting the specific requirements of their funder, grant, repository, or institution.

Fees

Open Access publication is supported by an Article Processing Charge (APC) levied only per accepted article, subject to the journal’s Waiver Policy. Editorial decisions are entirely independent of APC payment or waiver status.

Persistent Access

GJCCPH uses persistent article identifiers and maintains long-term access through recognized digital-preservation arrangements, as set out in the Archiving & Preservation Policy.
