Copyright Ownership

Authors retain copyright in their work. GJCCPH does not require authors to transfer exclusive copyright to the journal.

License to Publish

Upon acceptance, authors grant Scirator Conferences LLP, as publisher of GJCCPH, a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, communicate, and archive the Version of Record and associated metadata, including registration of a DOI, under the CC BY 4.0 license.

Author Reuse

• Reuse of the Version of Record in theses, dissertations, books, teaching, presentations, institutional repositories, and other scholarly contexts.
• Immediate sharing of the Version of Record, without an embargo, provided the published article is properly cited.
• Authorization of translations or adaptations, subject to attribution and any rights belonging to third parties.

Third-Party Content

Authors obtain permission when required for third-party material that is not compatible with CC BY 4.0 or otherwise lawfully reusable. Such material carries a clear credit line identifying its different copyright or license status.

Publisher Rights

Scirator Conferences LLP may reproduce, distribute, display, index, archive, and preserve the published article and its metadata as necessary to operate the journal and disseminate the Version of Record.

No Contradictory Rights

This policy is intended to remain consistent with the journal’s Open Access Policy and CC BY 4.0 licensing terms. The journal does not apply an "all rights reserved" claim to the licensed scholarly article.
